Our Story...Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Once Pauline decided to open a kitchen on wheels, she had to find the right set of wheels. She looked long and hard until she found a retired Baja school bus that also needed a new career. Then she faced the problem of how to tranform it into a kitchen. With the help of some friends she found a used RV that she bought for parts and was able to blend the two together in her quest to reduce, reuse and recycle. After months of gutting the bus, grabbing parts from the RV, building a kitchen, painting the bus and putting together the final touches and signage Paulina's Cantina is ready deliver the Baja's best food on wheels.
The Grand Opening
On June 4th, 2013, Paulina invited her friends to join her for a grand opening feast. A great time was had by all and the buffet was amazing. The menu consisted of smoked marlin, fish dip, chips and salsa, homemade baked bean, chicken, pulled pork , slow cooked spicy beef with tomato and slushies.
